Nomex^® adds temperature resistance and lightness to the characteristics of metallic honeycomb.
Standard dimensions are width 1250 mm – length 2500 mm (different sizes may be ordered), thickness according to customer request (minimum 1.5 mm).
Three levels of thickness tolerance:
+/- 0,12mm standard
+/- 0,10mm medium
+/- 0,05mm special process
Hexagonal and/or rectangular (OX) cell configuration.

Structural adhesives have differing chemical formulations according to the materials to be bonded.
HexBond™ Epoxy (Redux®) based adhesives have a proven track record in the aerospace industry and are continuously improved to broaden the product range.

We have primers, foaming, adhesive, film stabilized and resin RTM6.

These fabrics are made from carbon, glass or Kevlar fibre, generally pre impregnated with epoxy based resins to improve their characteristics. This fibre-resin combination creates a product that guarantees excellent mechanical properties yet low volume.

A composite with a honeycomb core (aluminium or Nomex®) and two covering skins. These skins may be in aluminium, fibre or other laminates. Covering the honeycomb increases the compression characteristics of the material and permits better anchorage for other materials.
The panels can be supplied in ready to use formats.

Sandwich panels are produced with honeycomb at customer choice (type and thickness) and skins choiced by customer (type and thickness).

Fabric reinforcements are made using a variety of high performance fibres such as glass, carbon or Kevlar (see link below).
When impregnated with suitable resins and subjected to a thermal process the fibres acquire rigidity, and are used as composite materials in industrial, transportation and armed forces applications.
